In general, the relations between NOVAUT SMART ENGINEERING, S.L. and the Users of its telematic services, present on the website, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.

It is hereby informed and recorded that the Programmable Logic Control, hereinafter referred to as PLC and/or PLCs of the product offered, may or may not have the programming (firmware) already installed, and NOVAUT does not make any statement and therefore does not and will not respond, on whether the PLC of the offered product has the firmware, and if so, whether the firmware is up to date and/or corresponds to the level of revision and/or update required for its operation, being therefore and in any case, that NOVAUT is not responsible for; (1) the suitability/ability or right to download or obtain the firmware with respect to the offered product; (2), the existence of the right to install such firmware in the offered product, being that NOVAUT will not obtain or provide the firmware on its behalf, and the purchaser of the offered product is obliged to comply with the terms that may be required by any end user license agreement and/or similar document, related to the obtaining and/or installation and/or update of the firmware
